1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bima88 platform, accessible via the website bima88.my and the bima88 mobile app. These Terms take effect from the date you register an account or first use bima88's services, whichever is earlier.

2 Registration Eligibility

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Bima88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, a local bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one bima88 account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Inaccurate or false information may result in account suspension and withdrawal rejection.

• The name registered on your bima88 account must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Your bima88 account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the bima88 support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Bima88 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• DuitNow – direct transfer using a phone number or account number

• Boost – local Malaysian e-wallet

General terms applicable to all bima88 bonuses:

• Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) may be refunded upon completion of the investigation, at bima88's sole discretion. However, if the closure is the result of fraud or illegal activity, all balances may be fully forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

Bima88 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:
